Here we are at the end of our journey dedicated to Search Engine Optimization. What better way to end our short saga than by discovering together what will be the news and what the future of SEO will be in 2017 , partly already anticipated in the previous post?! We have learned that the digital world is a world in constant evolution and updating, therefore for a winning SEO strategy that allows us to remain competitive in the "climb" to the SERP of search engines it is essential to keep up with the times: the rule is be up to date to stay on top! For this reason we have decided to conclude this journey by taking a look at the future of Search Engine Optimization, briefly introducing what can be considered the real watchwords that you will need to know if you want to enter the competition and fight for supremacy all over the world.
inside the SERP. We can summarize the main trends that will dominate the panorama of ranking factors for the new year: User experience Mobile only Social media Voice search Hong Kong Telegram Number Data We start from the assumption that in recent years search engines have attributed increasingly more importance to the experience and role of the user and if we start from this assumption it is easy to understand how mobile devices have also acquired more and more importance compared to the desktop. The distinction between responsive and non-responsive sites has become increasingly crucial to the point that now not only will search engines increasingly reward sites that are optimized for mobile devices but they will penalize all those that are not. We don't live in a mobile first world, we live in a mobile only world.
Avinash Kaushik – Digital Marketing Evangelist at Google If you think that having a responsive site, viewable from mobile, will be enough to be rewarded by search engines, you are making a big mistake of evaluation because the factors to be respected in order to be considered user friendly and therefore gain a prominent position on search pages are multiple and we will need to be competitive on all fronts. Together with mobility, speed represents another typical characteristic of modern society that not even web pages can escape. Therefore, it will be necessary for web pages on mobile devices to be lightweight and able to load quickly to the full advantage of user usability. To be able to create lightweight pages that load instantly, simple structural changes are sufficient to make the pages less heavy thanks to the use of the open-source AMP's (Accelerated Mobile Pages) protocol.
